- We do not store AI conversations on our servers
8. Data & Privacy
Your privacy is fundamental to iBloom. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.
9. Partner Sharing
- You can invite a partner to see selected health data
- You control what is shared — only data you mark as "shared" is visible
- You can disconnect a partner at any time
- Partner messages are stored on our server (Cloudflare KV) and retained for the duration of the connection
9a. iBloom Care — Healthcare Provider Access
iBloom Care allows licensed healthcare providers (doctors, midwives, nurses) to request access to specific categories of your health data. This feature is entirely opt-in and patient-controlled:
- Doctor-initiated: A provider sends you an invite — you cannot be added without your knowledge or consent
- Scoped consent: You choose exactly which data categories to share (cycle, pregnancy, symptoms, medications, appointments, journal, vitals). You can narrow the provider's request but never widen it
- Instant revocation: You can revoke a provider's access at any time from the Account tab. Revocation is immediate — their next data request will be denied
- Audit trail: Every time a provider reads your data, it is logged with their identity, what they accessed, and when. You can view your full audit log at any time
- Identity verification: Providers must verify their NPI (National Provider Identifier) through iBloom Care before they can request patient access
- No data duplication: Providers read your data on demand — your health data is not copied to a separate provider database
By approving a provider's request, you consent to that provider accessing the specific data categories you selected. You can modify or revoke this consent at any time. iBloom is not responsible for how a provider uses data after accessing it — provider conduct is governed by their own professional obligations and HIPAA requirements.
10. Intellectual Property
iBloom, including its design, code, content, and AI prompts, is the intellectual property of the developer. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
iBloom is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:
- Medical decisions made based on iBloom's information or AI responses
- Data loss due to device failure, browser issues, or user error
- Service interruptions or AI provider outages
- Inaccuracies in AI responses, predictions, or health information
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated through the app.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using iBloom at any time and delete your data.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any legal action.
